Boarding School Providing Excellent Academic and Outdoor Activities
Groton School was established in 1884 by Rev. Endicott Peabody. It's main motive is intellectual, moral and physical development of students. It helps them prepare for both high-school and college. The curriculum is designed in such a manner so that students acquire skills of academic achievement, intellectual growth, ethical awareness, athletic endeavor, sportsmanship, and service to other. It also emphasize on growth and maturity of students. The students from diverse social, geographic, ethnic, and socio-economic backgrounds are given admission to Groton School. The faculty members take part in student’s life. This develops a healthy and friendly relationship between them. Total number of faculty members is 86 (full-time and part-time). The total number of boys and girls are 172 and 181 respectively (total enrollment 353 students). Some of the facilities/features of Groton School are:
